Custom Suite Closet Designed for Hospitality Projects

GR-323 is a freestanding suite closet designed for one-bedroom guest rooms in extended-stay hotels, suite hotels, serviced apartments and other hospitality developments. The unit combines folded storage, hanging space, upper cabinet storage and an integrated ironing center in one coordinated furniture solution. Its configuration can be adapted to guest room layouts, door swings and project finish specifications.

With project-based manufacturing, HYMAN can produce the closet according to approved drawings, furniture schedules and material specifications, helping hospitality buyers maintain a consistent design across guest rooms and project phases.

Standard size: 80"W x 23.75"D x 86"H (approx. 2032 x 603 x 2184 mm).

Product Configuration

Complete suite closet unit including:

- (7) seven stacked shelves with accent back panel — ample folded storage

- (2) two full-height closet doors

- (1) one top shelf cabinet with (2) two doors

- (1) one matching stool with (2) two shelves and accent back panel

- (3) three coat hooks at side of unit

- (1) one oval clothes rod (supplied by manufacturer)

- Built-in ironing board mounted inside on the side, with iron stowed upright

- Floating base with non-corrosive metal legs and adjustable nylon glides to conceal legs

Customization

The GR-323 is manufactured to project specifications, with the shelving section configurable on the left or right side of the unit to suit guest room layouts, door swings and interior coordination.

Available laminate finishes include (PL-01) Wilsonart #7967K-12 Park Elm with a Soft Grain finish, and (PL-03) Wilsonart #4877K-19 Grey Mesh with a Leno Weave finish, both with Aeon™ protective surface technology.

Hardware is supplied in (PT-04) TIGER Drylac Silver Gloss powder coating 49/92880 with clear coat.

Custom dimensions, MDF grade and thickness, door styles, hardware, logo and packing can all be adjusted according to the project requirement.

GR-323 is manufactured in HYMAN’s 8,500+ sqm facility, supported by 50+ advanced production machines and more than 20 years of hospitality furniture manufacturing experience. In-house quality control covers key stages including cutting, edging, assembly, finishing and packing.

The production setup is designed to support project-based batch manufacturing and multi-site hospitality programs, helping buyers coordinate consistent furniture production across larger hotel projects.
