Packaging & Shipping
We use four-layer packaging with shipping marks and room number labels; pallets or wooden cases are used for extra protection. Containers can be loaded by floor, room type or installation sequence to speed up on-site unloading. Sea, air and express shipping available via FCL or LCL; trade terms include DDP (tax-inclusive, to the USA, Canada and Europe), FOB and CIF.
Customization
OEM & ODM with FF&E service. Dimensions, materials, colors, finishes, structures and hardware are fully customizable; ADA-compliant customization available. A mock-up room can be made in 3-4 weeks, with fees refundable upon mass order, for approval before production.
