I never buy items directly from China, will you provide to door service ?
Yes, there's no need for concern regarding the import process; we can provide DDP service.
Will you provide hotel room renderation？
We normally manufacture furniture according to your specified dimensions or FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) requirements for branded hotels. If you are an independent hotel, we can recommend hotel furniture designs and provide detailed shop drawings to ensure that all sizes are compatible with your rooms.
Did you ever ship to US ?
Yes, we primarily ship to the United States and Canada. We have supplied various hotels, including Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hampton, IHG, Hyatt, and Choice Hotels, among others.
What's your payment term?
50% of the total payment is required upfront via T/T, with the remaining balance to be paid before loading. Payment terms such as LC are negotiable.
How about the packages?
Most furniture is preassembled and packed, except for items like desks with four legs, which are typically knockdown packed. They are packed in project packing with four layers: soft foam wrapping, corner protectors, hard foam, and a carton box with proper shipping marks. Additional packing processes are conducted as per customer requirements.
What's your lead time ?
Normally, it will take 2-3 weeks for samples; mass orders take 5-7 weeks after the deposit.
Whether assembly services are provided?
Some products require assembly upon arrival at the destination port; however, we will supply assembly drawings.
How can I get samples and How long will it takes?
We typically do not offer free samples; the charge depends on the design. The sample fee will be refunded once you place an order. The sample production time is approximately 7 to 15 working days, depending on the materials and printing required.
How about shipment?
By sea, by air, or via international express, as per your needs, we will inform you of the pricing accordingly.
